Hard to tell how this one is going down due to the Chinese media lockdown, which extends all the way down to email and text messaging in some Tibetan areas. Tibetan exile communities across Asia and the world are certainly active, but a truly extreme police presence might deter most living in China from making any statements- although the last few days have already seen some incidents. Presumably tomorrow the picture will be a bit clearer, unless Beijing has set up a truly airtight seal.
