A May 22 editorial on Virginia's Democratic gubernatorial primary incorrectly stated that Terry R. McAuliffe had described himself as a "huckster." In his autobiography, Mr. McAuliffe described himself as a "hustler."

ReplyDeletehahha, i like the idea. what should we have for the terms of the contest- make promotional artwork for virginia using its new theme, 'virginia is for hustlers'?
ReplyDeletesounds good. or maybe for their advertisements that are all over the metro. what is it? Live...something?...Virginia. and that woman is riding a giant clam or walking a bunch of dogs. I can't remember, honestly. Does anyone else know what I am talking about?
ReplyDeleteWe've got a lot of options here. A tourism campaign, or photoshoping pictures of Terry McAuliffe in various pictures with "Virginia is for Hustlers" as the slogan. I'm away this weekend but I have a few ideas when I get back.
